Im not sure what the negative reviews are about. This app provides information about where your baby should be at developmental milestones and what could be a red flag for developmental delays. As the parent of a developmentally delayed child I think this app is pretty useful and can give you a heads up if your child needs some sort of treatment. It is handy but not for recoding milestones.
